My stay here was honestly disappointing. I was really looking forward to it because of the hype, but it didn’t live up to expectations. The room I received was not the same as what was shown in the description, and there were ants throughout the room. When I brought it up, I was told the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done. Room service also never showed up after I was told they would, and the food overall was just okay. The hotel itself could definitely use better cleanliness and attention to detail. My room was also a bit of a walk with multiple stone stairs, which made it difficult, especially when leaving. I asked the front desk for help with my bags for departure, and no one came, with no follow-up or apology. The only highlight of my stay was the view, which was beautiful. Unfortunately, everything else fell short.

Need more electrical connection in the room. Walking to the room there was no lights. The music in the dining area was horrible,much rather listen to the birds. Over all i would go back and i would highly recommend it to friends and family.

I really enjoyed my stay at Tres Piedras, the location was very convenient. It wasn't far from the city (about 20-30mins drive). You don’t have to worry about parking, as they have a safe and secure lot with plenty of space for you to park your vehicle with ease. The views were stunning!! Pictures do not make this place any justice. Also, the elevation made our stay a whole lot more fresh during the day. However, since you’re up higher it gets colder and much more windy at night, so maybe pack a hoodie if you’re planning to hang out on the property at night. The staff was super attentive to our needs and they communicated on the daily to see if we needed anything. I had booked two rooms, and they both were taken care of on the daily. The staff was super friendly and easy to reach. The food at the restaurant was also very delicious. The restaurant had a wide variety of options to choose from, and it also has a nice view to the lake. I will definitively stay here again.

We stayed here for four nights and had such a wonderful experience. The views were absolutely breathtaking and made our stay feel extra special. The staff was incredibly attentive and quick to help with anything we needed, which we really appreciated. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing. This hotel was everything we hoped for and more, especially for our honeymoon. It felt like the perfect place to unwind and celebrate such a special time in our lives. I had an amazing stay at Tres Piedras. From the moment you arrive, the property feels like a private hideaway in the hills, with Lake Ilopango stretching out in front of you and the mountains in the background – the view is honestly to die for and easily the highlight of the whole experience. Whether you are by the pool, on the terrace, or just relaxing in your room, you’re constantly looking out over the lake, which makes the place feel super peaceful and special. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with stylish rooms, good air conditioning, and all the basics you need to relax. I really appreciated the quiet environment and the feeling of being surrounded by nature while still being close enough to the city and main roads to get around easily. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist and make sure you were enjoying your stay. If you’re looking for a place near San Salvador where you can disconnect, enjoy an incredible view, and still have the comfort of a nice hotel with a pool and on‑site dining, Tres Piedras is perfect. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend it, especially if you care about scenery and a relaxing atmosphere.
