Clean room, Enjoyable pool, excellent staff, gorgeous lake view, poor kitchen services, close early at 7pm there’s nothing else to eat in the resort, if you order room service the food is going to be cold, the beef steaks are going to be over cooked or super well done and hard as a car tire or a chancleta, poor toilet water pressure, the bathroom sink is inconvenient, only two towels no towels for the pool.

Clean modern room, the views from the room were spectacular, along with the views from all areas of the hotel. The staff was the friendliest, most professional staff out of all the hotels we stayed in El Salvador. Definitely worth the drive up. Room and hotel area 5 out of 5. The only con was some guests stayed up late in the jacuzzi, they were pretty loud late into the night. Other than that it was perfect.
