Unfortunately, the physical infrastructure looks and feels aged. I've been staying at the Sheraton Presidente over the last 25 years, and for the first time, I see disrepair and aging of the facility. I paid $505 for two nights... On account of the condition of the hotel, I overpaid over twice the actual value of the facility.
The rooms need to be updated. The air condition was very loud. When we got there, there were three parties happening at the same time outdoors. So if you are looking to stay at a quiet hotel on a weekend, this is definitely not the place. Staff are ok but not top notch. The area around the pool is very nice and the trees, peacocks and birds give it more value. Breakfast buffet was great.
The hotel was clean and safe which were my top priorities. The hotel is expensive so it would have been nice to see some updates in the quality of the room since it looks a little outdated but other than that I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast options were delicious and the pool and scenery is beautiful outside.
There were bottles are room service in the hallways for a long time, even after hotel staff saw them. The rooms were noisy when there were parties or wedding events on the premise. The Hotel Presidente is long overdue for a makeover.
The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff personal were very friendly and helpful when asked questions. The lobby was very nice but the walls in the other floors and the rooms didn’t have anything on the walls. I think a few pictures on the wall would add some appeal to the hotel. We had a very nice visit and would stay here again. Thank you.
