Easy to coordinate and I texted the property manager once just to say “hi” and got a quick response back, which was comforting. No issues, easy check-in/check-out and overall pleasant stay. Thanks!

Great Stay
Great place to stay for 3 -4 people. Myself and two others stayed here during a fishing trip. Everything was great. The owner let us adjust our schedule by a day as well. The driveway is a bit tight parking my boat, but it fit and we had no problems. I would definitely reccomend it to others.

Overall a positive experience. Very clean and comfortable cottage. Quiet neighborhood, which was a big plus for us. Couldn't walk near the beach as there was private property at the end of the street. The living room TV was a bit tricky to figure out since there were 2 remotes.

A great lakehouse, it felt like I was at home away from home. The kinda place where you enjoy coming back to. If I was to purchase a Lakehouse i would definitely buy this one. Very peaceful place to stay at. A very comfortable and cozy house. I will come back again to stay for sure 5 stars rating.

Good location for exploring Ohio North central coast.
This little house was pretty comfy and cozy. It has a deck out front to enjoy great weather and we eat meals together so the kitchen was a nice spot to hang out. Washer dryer included which is so important with beach going. The property was pretty well cleaned except for the shower and garbage can lid in kitchen. These are high touch surfaces and need some more attention.

Lovely house, misleading listing
Clean, well-maintained property, smooth check-in, very cute little house. No internet--at least, the password did not let us in--but otherwise, all appliances and facilities were functional and serviceable. The listing, however, was misleading in a key respect. In the listing, it says that this property is a 1/2 block from the Lake. This is not accurate, since the property is actually a 1/2 block from a fence that says "private property, no trespassing." In other words, there is no Lake access at all from this property--except, that is, through the public beaches. And the public beaches are much more than a 1/2 block away! I would advise greater transparency in the listing.

Nice place.
First off, the place we stayed was clean and location was perfect as we took a 3 min drive to the nearest beach area and relaxed. The Jet Express is just 5 minutes down the road which was a huge plus as we took the boat to Put In Bay island for a day. Overall, our experience was good and we would come back and stay.

This little house is so stinking cute. It was so clean and well stocked in the kitchen except it didn’t have a blender for drinks we wanted to make but we got one & it’s our gift to the home. The listing didn’t say it had WiFi and we were so pleasantly surprised to find it did and it was extremely fast too! Would definitely stay here again.
