“Water heater sounded like it was boiling the whole time so it sounded like it was raining in our room. When the air conditioner kicked on it sounds like metal rattling around in the vent. The roof structure above the patio had a huge crack in it. They have a laundry facility there's no explanation where it is so you have to ask, and they don't tell you in the laundry room or at the desk where you can get laundry supplies, you have to ask the desk.
