“Clean which is very important to us. Spacious. Kitchen stocked well with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. It would have been nice to have a dishwasher pod, laundry pod, and extra garbage bag but I brought our own. Know now for future reference. Would/will book again. Will recommend!”

“We had an excellent stay! The condo had everything we needed and the location is perfect. It’s a short walk or drive to both Pensacola beach Gulf side and Pensacola Bay. It’s also a quick drive to Gulf Islands National Seashore. Would absolutely stay here again. ”

“We absolutely loved this condo! Being on the first floor with direct beach access was a total game changer. No stairs, no hassle, just walk right out to the sand. The place was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and you can tell the owners really care about keeping it nice for guests. This was our 3rd stay and we will definitely be back again. ”

“Clean, amazing ocean view (situated right on the beach), chairs and umbrella included, felt like a private beach.Downside: Construction on the building every day, including Saturday and Sunday from 8:30-3;30. Could hear it from condo AND on the beach, not ideal ”
