“Don't even bother coming here; it’s an old property in terrible condition. On top of that, the host handed it over filthy—there were large, live ants crawling all over the place, cobwebs everywhere, and both dead and live insects on the floor. Everything was so bad that I cancelled the reservation and got a refund. My children got bitten by some kind of insect; their eyes swelled up, and their bodies were covered in bites. The whole experience was terrible.”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My mother and myself came for a three day vacation. The area was great and the condo was so clean. “This was our first time in Fort Walton and the stay was outstanding. Easy check in and out, and great communication with the host. Everything was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect. Our three year old loved the various pools and we loved the convenience to get to the beach, pools, and the room easily and quickly. Highly recommend and we definitely hope to stay here again!”

“At first glance, the property was beautiful just as pictured. Shortly after was a let down. Everything was dirty. Sand all over the couches, black stuff all over the table and chairs, food left in the air fryer, eye lash extensions in the bathroom rug, thick dust on everything, hair and dirtiness on the toilets and shower areas. I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean every surface we would use, cleaned the tub and shower, washed the rugs, we even washed the sheets before use because if……

“My husband and I stayed here and it was wonderful! We will be coming back! We came alone but next time we will bring the kids.”

“The room was great everything about it was great except no sheets or blankets on double sofa bed and no actual twin bed. Found rolled up mattress in closet had sheets so ended up putting them on sofa bed. Good thing we were all girls so sleeping together wasn't an issue. But over all the place was great. Only had one blanket in closet for the twin bed but luckily brought our own.”

“Awesome place right on the beach…literally, 10 steps to the sand….and about a 2 minute walk across the beach and you’re literally standing in the water. My wife I stayed a full week here and we had an awesome time with the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, not to mention the white sands and emerald/turquoise water, it was just beautiful...so beautiful, we didn’t want to leave. The condo had nice decor, was clean and equipped with a fully loaded kitchen, clean bathroom and bedroom. Communication……

“A friend and myself rode our bikes down for an event for the weekend so the property was perfect for what we needed. Quiet neighborhood, decent location, but the only problem I had was the beds, if either one of us got up in the night to use the restroom it would wake the other LoL”

“They had a high chair and pack n play for our infants and it was so clean! The pools for great for our kids and it was within walking distance to several restaurants. ”
