“Housekeeping needs to be “requested” before 8am. I’m on vacation! Why would I be up before 8? And why do I have to ask for my room to be cleaned? The toilet didn’t work. The air conditioner was so loud I couldn’t hear the waves. The breakfast was tasteless, no fresh fruit, the orange juice watered down to undrinkable. The elevator shook so badly I didn’t want to take it. We cut our vacation short because the conditions were so bad.”

“The unit was very clean. The dishwasher smelled like something died in it and would not work. The water filter pitcher would not filter water. The master bath pipes made a very loud knocking noise when the water was on or the toilet was flushed. The door lock system was easy to use. The code was delivered late and I had to call customer service to get the code resent. Early and late check-in and check out would a very nice option for a much lower price. 11 am is standard checkout time,……

“The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. “We could see the water, but I wouldn't say our unit had a view. Ok, because I knew that when I booked. It was a nice condo with good amenities. I had to report some damage to a mirror when we arrived. They sent someone to look and their response was timely. We extended an extra night and that was handled efficiently. When I asked about new parking passes, they didn't follow through on that, but I just changed the date on the pass and had no problem. Two items that were unsatisfactory did not……

“The resort amenities and view were great. The only negative was the mattress in the master bedroom was quite hard. The kitchen could have had more dishes and a wine bottle opener and a lamp in the living room. Other than that we had a great time! The pools were fabulous!”

WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. Positive feedback, it’s complete with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, clean unit. ”
