“The location was great, walked, safety , it would have been nice the leave our stuff there early so we can explore the town. They were hesitant on getting back to us so we could leave our stuff there even though I know the room wasn’t ready. They could at least say yes leave your stuff there . We’ll put it to the room once it! Until further on they told us that which we lost half a day! I expect more Communication and understanding that people come for far away for them to act like this! ”

“Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again.”

“Casa com localização agradável, mas a precisar de alguma manutenção. Anunciados 8 quartos com 7 WC, mas só estavam disponíveis 6 quartos e 4 WC. Nos quartos os roupeiros estão cheios de coisas dos proprietários e na cozinha muita da louça nos armários estava mal lavada para poder ser usada. Piscina e espaço exterior agradável, não fosse o cheiro a esgoto que se vai sentido naquela zona, provavelmente proveniente de uma fossa ou de uma caixa mal vedada. ”

“Das Appartment ist im 3. Stock mit Aufzug und tollem Meerblick in 2. Reihe zum Meer, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Kommunikation war super, man erhält umfangreiche Infos und Empfehlungen. Vor Ort ist Teresa sehr nett und auskunftsfreudig. Sie kümmert sich um alles und geht bei Bedarf sogar für die Gäste Einkaufen. Phil war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Kleinere Mängel bei der Sauberkeit wurden sofort behoben, nachdem wir darüber informiert haben, und haben den insgesamt tollen Urlaub nicht……

We had a difficult time finding the place but very good communication with the host to eventually directed us there😀”
