Nice renovated rooms and fantastic location. Had a problem with the room (water leaking from upstairs!) and was resolved promptly.

Room was mostly clean. Bathroom smelled a bit like a bathroom. Check in was seamless and the location is ideal. There were a lot of snacks available but they were quite overpriced

The room was clean, the amenities were great, the breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. The service was top notch! I will stay here again next time I come to São Paulo.
