“We had a fantastic stay at Sophie's Cottage. The entire home has been renovated and is pristine and immaculate. The pool and backyard are breathtaking with an amazing view of the canal. The owner, Jim, is high class and ensured we had everything we needed to start our vacation; bikes, chairs, beach towels. Great communications with him. He provides everything you need to have a memorable stay. The home is perfectly located near the beach and village. Definitely will return!”

“The private beach was a short walk and wonderful. Not crowded at all. Perfect escape. The landscaping on property was beautiful and the bay access at back of property, I didn’t want to leave. ”

The only thing you could possibly dislike would be the road noise because the bedroom window faces toward Beach Road but Spring Break brings out activity into and out of the village until the bars close. ”

“My husband and I had an amazing stay in this adorable coastal cottage. The Vamo boat launch is literally the next street over and we enjoy kayaking, fishing and bike riding the neighborhood. Our dog particularly looooved the big fenced in backyard along with the dog toys that were supplied in the house. All beach supplies, toys and chairs were provided. “For our girls getaway we like to have a pool, the ocean, a comfortable place to stay and a deck with a view to read and relax. The place was very comfortable, the pool was great, the ocean a 1/2 mile walk and the lanai was nice as well. There wasn't much of a view as it overlooked the main road - which you can't tell from the pictures. Overall a great place to stay and experience Siesta Key.”
