“Rooms were clean and decorated to go with the overall theme. Nice pool and great shuttle to the Lido Beach Resor down the street to use their private beach and to St Armands Circle. Wonderful experience; we will be back!”

“酒店位置很好，离沙滩很近，穿上拖鞋，走不了多远就到了。沙质记得还不错，就是有些水草，不是太多，沙滩上有冲上来的水草没清理。 酒店是一个2层的小楼，周边很安静，门口是一个停车的小院子，是一个居住房改造的小酒店。 工作人员下午3点就走了，入住信息会放在2楼的信箱里。 第一回碰上这样的入住，我开始有点蒙，就问已经住进来的韩国人，他也没说清楚，但给了我一个联系电话，打电话的时候，终于发现二楼的提示牌子，在信箱里找到写着我名字的信封，里面有开锁密码等入住信息，就这样就算check in了。 房间小，干净，问题是我房间和隔壁房间中间有一道门，隔音很差。”

“The Expedia listing said “pay at property,” but I was charged through Expedia and then charged again by the hotel for the stay. On top of that, there were several hidden fees that were never clearly disclosed. The hotel charged $25 per day for parking in an almost empty lot, plus extra amenity fees for basic features that should already be included. The pools and other amenities were nothing special and did not justify the added cost. The food was overpriced for the quality, and I even found a……

Vanessa pool side service was excellent! Beautiful beach could have had more amenities than just towels and umbrellas. For example food and drink service on the beach. We would not stay at that location again and we would consider other Opal properties. ”
