My only minor issue was with the shower—the water didn't get cool enough, and the faucet didn't fully switch to the showerhead. Aside from that, everything was immaculate and comfortable, and the check-in staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I was genuinely impressed with the level of hospitality!"
