Die Ferienwohnung ist solide eingerichtet,die Küche modern und mit allen Haushaltsgeräten bestens ausgestattet,sodass man über Kleinigkeiten hinweg sieht.Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist traumhaft.Sassnitz-Altstadt ist gemütlich,leider kein Badestrand.

Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet.Eine enorme Auffwertung wäre, Handdtücher und Bettwäsche mit in die Grundausstattung zu nehmen.Es sollten alle Betten für die Anzahl der Gäste vorbereitet sein, egal ob mit oder ohne Bettbezug.Es werden nur 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung gestellt, das ist Sparen an der falschen Stelle.Wie sich herausgestellt hat, sind die kleinen Mängel der Reinigungsfirma anzulasten.Vermieterseitig war alles wunderbar.

Unterkunft schön, aber nicht herausragend

Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber, da der Garten aber von allen Gästen des Ferienhauses genutzt werden kann, wenig Privatsphäre und auch kein direkter Zugang zum Garten. Wir hatten das Pech, dass es eine Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nähe gab. Ab 7 Uhr Presslufthammer! So etwas ist nicht planbar und kann passieren. Aber nachdem wir die zuständige Gästebetreuung davon unterrichtet hatten, kam als Antwort: Das ist Ihr Empfinden! So etwas geht überhaupt nicht. Nicht nur unfreundlich, sondern auch unprofessionell. Preis-Leistung daher nicht gerechtfertigt.

Gute Wohnung mit fantastischem Meerblick

Die Loggia mit großem Sofa und Panoramablick auf die Ostsee ist fantastisch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die anderen Zimmer sind o.k., das Badezimmer etwas eng, Wasserhahn zwar schick aber etwas unpraktisch. Sehr gute Lage nahe an Altstadt, Hafen und ersten Kreidefelsen. sehr gut.

Super Aussicht auf das Meer :)!

Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt, in den „Ecken“ hat es etwas an Genauigkeit beim Reinigen gefehlt. An ein paar Stellen der Ausstattung war der „Lack ab“. Aber es gibt auch tolle Ideen, wie das Waschbecken mit Wasserfall, die Muschelfliese im Bad. Stimmige LED-Beleuchtung in Küche und Wohzimmer sowie auch im Bad. Die Kinder fanden es toll!
