“We had a warm welcome from Einar and his wife, and… their 2 lovely dogs. The place is lovely and well equipped with a nice view. Should there be northern lights, we would have been at the front row!”

“We thought it was special that our room was attached to the local museum. While there isn’t a lot to do in the area, it’s very nice to walk around outside exploring after fixing our meal in the the lovely apartment. ”

“We just stayed one night but it was good. The only problem was finding the place. The address doesn't work. You have to call them to get the address of where the main office is then drive to the apartment using the inaccurate map they give you.”

“karuna Guesthouse was one of our favorite properties. We were greeted by the owner and shown to our room. They room was SPOTLESS and large with a tea kettle, tv, full bathroom and hairdryer!! They have thought of everything! There is a free breakfast included, and also use of a kitchen. A superbly clean and wonderful place to stay!!”

“This is a sweet quirky little chalet style hotel. It was built in 1833 ish and has some cool historical photos on the walls. It was fun to stay here for a night here after staying in more typical boutique hotels the rest of our trip. The receptionist was friendly and helped us find a place to eat near by when we arrived late, that we walked to. Breakfast was served in a tavern type space and was also wonderful. It felt very safe as well. The town it’s located in appears to be primarily a fishing……
