Incredible First-Time Stay — Highly Recommend!
I was told this resort is relatively new, and it does have that fresh, modern feel. I booked it to celebrate a birthday and had a few special requests I wanted to lock in ahead of time — and the entire staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless.
From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Everyone I encountered was respectful, friendly, and eager to help. Through phone calls and text communication, they helped arrange several thoughtful experiences in advance: a beautifully decorated room upon arrival, a romantic dinner on the beach with the sound of the waves (plus complimentary champagne!), a relaxing spa day, and a private beach cabana.
Though it was my first time coordinating something like this internationally, Jason from Princess Senses made it all easy. He followed up as my trip approached, checked in once I landed in Jamaica, and made sure I was taken care of throughout my stay.
The food — especially dinner and the hibachi spot — was definitely a highlight. Everything we tried was flavorful, fresh, and exceeded expectations.
Honestly, I didn’t even get to explore everything — the resort is massive! Between the restaurants, coffee spots, clubs, and multiple pools, I’d probably need at least 10 days to take it all in.
Princess Senses has definitely earned a top spot on my list of places to stay in Jamaica. I’m still riding the high from the experience.
