The light flooded ground floor apartment with oak parquet has a pleasant floor plan with entrance area, 1 spacious bedroom with box-spring beds and electric. Blinds, 1 walk-in closet, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 open kitchen with dining area for max. 4 persons and 1 living room (incl. Sofa bed for a 3.-4. Person) with large double doors to the furnished terrace. Upon arrival, a rental deposit of 150,00 EUR is due, which will be refunded after departure, if applicable. less damages incurred.

Completed in summer 2013, this complex with sophisticated accommodation not only impresses with its perfect location, but also with its new and modern architecture. The terrace with garden area is quiet south facing the sun. A tasteful, extensive equipment of the apartment with many extras offers you a beautiful ambience for successful and relaxing Baltic Sea holidays.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 00:00 to 11:00.
