"Staff were friendly and the whole place was clean, have to say you could hear your neighbours through the walls though. Also no conditioner which I would expect in most hotels. "

"The room was excellent—spotlessly clean, very quiet, and comfortable. We stayed in a junior suite on the sixth floor facing the inner courtyard, and it was a peaceful retreat. However, I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t respond to several emails asking for guidance on the best way to reach the property from BER Airport. After a long journey, the self-service check-in system also felt frustrating to use; at that point, I would have preferred assistance from a staff member, especially when you’re tired and can’t find your reading glasses. We also hoped to use the sauna, but it was switched off. A staff member informed us that guests need to request this in advance so it can be turned on, which isn’t something I’ve encountered before—I normally expect to use such facilities at my own convenience. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, with the U2 station nearby offering easy access to many major attractions. Despite a few inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Hotel Berlin, Berlin."

"Had a great stay for three nights. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Bar in the hotel was cool too. "

"Great breakfast, lovely rooms. Pets had been in the room, slightly annoying since we are allergic."

"This hotel was good. Great central location. Walkable to most touristy places and the christmas markets. Check in was easy and smooth. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Staff were helpful and welcomed wih a hello and a smile. This is an eco friendly hotel so cleaning isnt done every day but if you request it rooms will be cleaned everyday, staff informed us of this, room signs and the info pack also tell you this. Room was spacious, if you like firm pillows ask for extra when checking in. Late checkout time was helpful along with long breakfast time. Breakfast had good selection always being replenished. "
