"This listing says cottage but it's an apartment. Be ready to go up stairs to get into it. The kitchen is small but fine. Everything works, but it's not especially well equipped for cooking. The coffee maker does not work. Our checkin was delayed for about 40 minutes when we arrived and we had no where to stay while waiting for our apartment. Wi Fi was very weak in the apartment and TV is like a hotel where there are certain channels available but no way to sign in to your own streaming accounts....

"Had an overall nice stay. Very clean. Great location was able to take a walk on the beach and that was definitely needed. Was in town due to family emergency and booked quickly. In the pictures there are 3 beds in room but there were only 2 when we got there a full size and twin. So my daughters were mad they had to sleep together but they got over it. Living room was cold and bedroom got hot.We also booked for 5 people but there were only 3 towels and 3 wash cloths. But made the best of it and...

"The cottage is obviously well cared for. Its location is great - right next to the river ferry - and the small beach is a great place to relax. Homeowner was very attentive to every need."

"This is a very spacious house for four and possibly for more a short walk from the beach, through some trees and directly to the water. Despite the highway in view, it was very quiet and was comfortable for our weekend stay. Despite the somewhat spare decor and slightly random kitchen, we had everything we needed. While it is an older house, there were minimal quirks and the location is excellent."
