The home includes 3 spacious bedrooms and a charming kids loft with sleeping for 5. Relax in the hot tub with secluded tree-lined views. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, and living room with smart TV.

Centrally located, 15 minute drive from SeaTac and Lumen Field, walking distance to Lake Washington, and 10 minutes drive from Rainier Beach lightrail station.
The space
Beautiful craftsman nestled within walking distance of Lake Washington. Classic in its perfectly proportioned design, contemporary in its form and furnishings.

Both the living room and the kitchen are perfect for entertaining while the south facing yard are perfect for dining in the evening sun.

Relax and curl up with a book in the cozy living room while the kids entertain themselves in the upstairs loft/play area. Ask to see the secret kids bed hidden behind a curtain.

3 bedrooms plus children's loft upstairs and 2 baths provides enough room for everyone. Fully finished basement has a large family room, with indoor/outdoor flow to a glamorous hot tub spa area for relaxing after a hard day of play.
