Welcome to your stylish and comfortable retreat in West Seattle! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this modern 2-story townhome offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience—just minutes from Alki Beach, downtown Seattle, T-Mobile Park, and Lumen Field. With two private suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom, this home is ideal for two couples, business travelers, or small families looking for a comfortable stay.

• 8 min drive to Alki Beach – soak in stunning waterfront views and enjoy beachside dining
• Quick access to West Seattle’s vibrant dining and shopping scene
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Entrance, living room, kitchen, dining area, half bath, Heating & cooling.
• Second Floor: Two private suites, each with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Heating & cooling.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
