"One of my few bad experiences and sadly not recommended at all. Erfurt is a great city to visit and the location of the "hotel" is too. However, this is not a hotel. There is no staff and no/bad information about the basics like breakfast hours etc. Also they charged me twice but when talking to them they denied a refund. After a long dialogue with hotels.com I will get a refund but zero excuse from hotel. No cleaning of rooms during stay and AI response via their so called info channel...

However, the staff gave me the key to the storage room which happens to be in the basement: One – serious security breach given that other people‘s luggage was in there. My own had my computer.
