This villa includes on the ground floor, a large living room with a lounge and television area as well as a dining room opening onto a covered south-facing terrace.
A fitted kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. A pantry with washing machine and dryer.
A bedroom with a 160 bed, cupboard. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Separate WC.
Upstairs, two bedrooms each with two 90cm beds and cupboard.

Shower room. Separate WC.
Beautiful and large enclosed garden. Heated swimming pool (5 x 10m) and secured by a shutter.
Automated portal. Possibility of parking a car on the property and storing bicycles in the garage.
PETS NOT ALLOWED. Wifi. The electricity package is included from January 1 to mid-June and from September to December 31. Linen is included.
