“I am booking a room ‘King Suit Paranomic View’, but the ‘Paranomic view’ is a car park!!
The bathroom has smell. Many things in the room are covered by dust!
There is water left in the kettle by previous guest, and the kettle is also covered with dust!
I told the reception that I need to checkout at 8 am. The lady said that they will serve breakfast for me at 7:30, BUT, nobody was there until at 8:02 I tried to grab someone from the kitchen to do the checkout for me.
I almost miss my train.……

“We booked a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room. The smell was horrifying and we did not enjoy the room at all. The room is kind of old, not modern as other guests mentioned. The bathroom is very small especially the shower. An average fat person can not enter easily. The service was OK and the valet was good and efficient.
