It lived up to that and much more, even in the cold wet weather the location and home was perfect, We was kept very warm and Cosy in this property it really was home for home. We have tried many properties in selsey over the years and this is the best unique home we have found! Deffo recommend staying in this very rear home.”

“The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully and lovely garden. Milk,teabags, hot chocolate and coffee sachets there waiting for us which was a nice touch. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, lovely coastal walks and great food in the nearby pub 'The Lifeboat'. The couple that owned the property were lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend this holiday let and we hope to return.”

“We had a fantastic week's stay at Sea Esta - so very comfortable, particularly the bed and towels!! It's excellent accommodation for a couple. We greatly enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out to sea, watching the boats and enjoying the stunning views. The weather was incredible all week and we had some lovely walks from the house, particularly around Pagham Harbour - The Crab and Lobster is a must! Paddy's Plaice is also great for local fish and chips! All in all a fabulous week, so thank……

“We had an incredible stay here. We got lucky with the weather but the house was more than big enough for our party of 16. It was clean and tidy with great cooking facilities and the pool was lovely in 30 degrees! The owners were amazing with great communication in the run up to and during the stay and very helpful with check in. I would definitely stay here again and would highly reccomend it.”
