“We stayed a night en route to the south, we had a comfortable, clean family room. The only thing which caught us out was paying the city tax, only 80 cents each, but we brought no Euros with us, so had to pop to the cash machine. Our host was superb, very friendly and helpful, we'll definitely stay again if we're in the area (cricket match in September maybe, even if the ball used is too small!).”

“A hotel that needs updating, heaters didn’t work. One socket that I could see. Bed was clean. But was a cheap price.”

“Ontbijt was wat karig, hoewel de croissants heeeeerlijk! de kamer was schoon en smaakvol, het bed top! De kamer was wat te warm. ondanks dat ik de de heating op off had gezet en het maart ( rond 5 graden snachts buiten) Het personeel was vriendelijk! het zwambad heerlijk alleen de douches waren er koud en de pashokjes konden niet op slot en de lockers ook niet. Wel mooie lokatie en goed onderhouden!”

“The food is always good ”

“Breakfast was great, lots of variety. The bed was the best hotel bed I have ever had, perfect combination of firm and soft. The interior of the room was clean and a little on the shabby side. The hotel is not centrally located, more in a suburban area which is pleasant to walk around. Nothing fancy, very utilitarian feel.”

“A beautiful house, quiet countryside. Breakfast was simple but with fresh, good quality produce.”

“Le Flobart is a jewel of a find. Perfect, low-key and characterful. Very clean and comfortable. Windows of our room opened-out to the road below pleasantly busy with the passing locals and to a view of the sea, including the remains of the sea-fort ruins. Check-in and check-out were effortless. The long, wide and empty sandy beach is literally just across the street. We missed enjoying Le Flobart's cuisine this time, but look forward to trying it next time. For us it is the ideal off-season……

“The bed was very big and the linens were immaculate. The bathroom was of a good size and very clean as well as good towels. What let’s the property down is the overall condition both outside and inside. Anew coat of paint would do wonders. The restaurant is also a huge let down as there was very little choice and unfortunately both were disgusting I had the pizza and my husband had the only other choice which was chile. However both were terrible, the chile being dry and inedible and the pizza……
