“Firstly I would like to mention that the communication with the staff was likely good but in overall really bad. You had to collect the keys in a different place in a box with the code provided, and walk 15 mins to go at the place. Our room number was 409 which the quality was so bad, old furniture all around, some appliances so old when you can think not functional apart the coffee machine. The bathroom very old and the box shower not clean properly - looked so dirty, so black all around. No……

“Great location, 2 mins walk to bus and train station. 10min walk to main attractions. Self check in from 4pm but as the keys are in keybox, they are there once room is ready. I could gain access at 1.30pm. Good communication pre trip. Instructions for self check in are very accurate and easy to follow”
