The loggia offers a lovely sea view. Situated on the 1st floor with elevator access. The beach is 1.4 km away and shops are 50m away. The residence is just steps from the fishing port of Sète. The apartment features a bright bedroom with a double bed (140cm) for two people. The living room includes a sofa bed (sleeps two), storage space, a flat-screen TV, and reversible air conditioning. The kitchenette is equipped with a 3-burner induction hob, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave.
