“The Beautiful view”

“Drove from Sydney expecting a good night's sleep and instead, I got a loud trashy night club blaring awful music and the bass reverbating through my room. I called reception and asked if they could reduce the volume and bass but they refused. I then went downstairs and spoke to the manager, Emma, who kept repeating 'It's a pub' and that they have live music every Friday. Many guests are international visitors and don't know that. It's also a hotel. People book hotels to sleep. I asked to move……

“Room was spacious enough. No body wash in dispenser in shower cubicle made it difficult to shower. No toaster in kitchenette. One wine glass. One teaspoon. Office hours didn’t commence til 9 am so not easy to ask for anything. So disappointing in what was provided and not provided. Staff friendly at front desk.”

“Had a great stay, huge apartment on the ninth floor with ocean view. Yes, it costs extra, but well worth it. Very clean room. Kitchen set up was all good. Wonderful bed, we slept well, en-suite excellent. Air con. works well. Huge TV. Underground parking excellent. Will definitely stay here again, close to shops, beach.”

“This was an excellent place to stay. Our room had a private garden area with great views. The room was spacious and they had thought of everything. There was a golf course behind us which we played on and there was a tavern about 150 metres away. Perfect stay. Definitely coming back. Couldn’t rate the staff as it was self check in and check out so we didn’t see anyone but we didn’t need to.”
