Pay a bit more and get a better hotel
The hotel is not clean and very dated. The entrance to the hotel is very odd - the reception is located in what looks like a kitchen or store room. I dont think I slept well at all, there is a lot of building work going on nearby which went on nearly all through the night. The location is good and thats the only plus.

I would avoid this hotel at all costs. We booked two of the family lots for two nights and left as soon as we could in the morning after the first night. The place is very dirty, the windows rattle all night, the entrance to the room is a pin number rather than a swipe card - this didn't sit well with us and we were concerned about security. It is very cheap for Shanghai and you get less than you pay for. The photos are very misleading - the family loft is tiny - i can only image what the smaller rooms are like. i cannot understand how this hotel gets a rating higher than 3 - and that would only be for the location.

The condition of the property is not so good. Very old and worse than i EXPECTED. The price is ok compare to others that i stayed.The only thing i like is the view, that's bout it.

施設スタッフは英語が不得手であるが、とても丁寧に対応してもらった。施設は古くなったホテルかマンションの一室を、ナンバーキーで民泊に改造したものである。値段からいってホテルの設備を望むべきものではないが、ベッドもアメニティも一通りついている。風呂は少し旧式のものであるが、価格から言って合格点である。それよりもこの宿泊施設の特筆する点はこの立地にある。外灘からほど近い、旧共同租界エリアに位置し、地下鉄天潼路駅から比較的近く、近年開発されているエリアで安全である。ホテルの情報発信とバスルームを改善すれば人気宿泊施設になるポテンシャルを持っている。
