“Clean quiet comfy beds”

“Love that breakfast was served until 1000. I am not an early riser so this worked out perfect for me. I also loved that each day there was a different choice of foods to choose from. I am allergic to a lot of foods and this was especially helpful to me. The front end associates were very nice and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.”

“Our stay at The Opal and West House was amazing! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and found traveling around the city extremely easy and quick while staying here. There was unfortunately an issue with our AC during the first day of our stay, but Lynsie was so accommodating ensuring us a perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back!”

“The pictures DO NOT look like the room, false advertisement need to update real pictures. The place smells like weed and cigarettes, carpet in the hallway is dirty, elevator dirty, room was outdated and beat up, dirty, bed cover had cigarette burns in it, under sink was dirty, floor was damaged, tub was damaged and mold. “I got there about 11pm and it took a few rings of the bell for them to come out and check me in. Once I got my key, I had to drive to behind the man building and it was kind of hard to see because there were no signs or street lights. Once I got into my room I was hit with an overwhelming smell of fabuloso cleaner. This is usually a sign of a clean space but it felt overkill for the room to still be so untidy. As someone with sensitive lungs this REALLY made it hard to sleep. I ended up having……

“I booked a one night stay because the pictures looked nice. When I got my room it was musty scent in the room and smelled like pee could’ve been on the carpet so I told the front desk person and she said the person who stayed last night didn’t have a problem. I wasn’t concerned about someone else’s stay so I didn’t care for that comment. A friend of my mine came in my room to confirm it was unpleasant smell as well. So I got another room which didn’t smell much better. The vents in the bathroom……
