Close to a Naka-Okachimachi station, close to shopping Ameyoko, Ueno Park, and not far from Akihabara district. 14 floor is a bit warm with the morning sunlight straight on it even with the shades. Staff very polite and helpful. Nice offering of ramen throughout the day.
