We were on a Roadtrip. We wanted something without the fuss but be a hub for our activities at North Conway. This hotel did all that but also provided a little extra something you knew you could come back to (a bar, pool and free s’mores around the fire pit). Fabulously modern, clean and in just the right spot. Will be returning.

Located in a nice place, but just be informed - this is a privately owned property by wrote task (not a Smuggler’s notch property). Expedia does not mention this while booking. Expedia also misguides when it says you will have access to all the resort amenities. It was shocking to find out after a non-refundable booking that a separate company owns Telemark rentals, and that it is not associated with Smuggler’s notch. That can be a deal breaker for many. Address provided was 1.5 miles away from the actual location. Terrible experience with that. Also, check-in time is 5 pm (not 4), and they charge you security deposit after you book. Very surprising. Property itself was good. No complaints about it.

This past weekend, my husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and our experience was largely positive. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the staff. For our entrées, the almondine-crusted salmon and the steak were both delicious and perfectly portioned, leaving us satisfied but not overly full. The hotel's amenities were well-maintained. The spa, pool, and hot tub were all clean and tidy, providing a relaxing escape. Our room was also a strong point. It was spacious with ample closet space, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
