“2Fにバルコニーがあるとのことでしたが、そもそも2階への階段手前の扉に鍵がかかっていて行くことができませんでした。 また当日洞爺湖で行われていたイベントのせいもあり、目の前にある無料駐車場が全く使えませんでしたので、友人たちの車はかなり遠い場所へ駐車し、移動用に私のだけ家の前に駐車しました。 そうしましたら夜にスタッフの方？から「もしかしたら警察から注意があるかもしれない」とお電話がありました。その時にはもう飲酒しておりどうにもできなかったので、そのまま駐車し特に問題は起きませんでしたが、そもそも「駐車場あり」ではなく「駐車場なし」の物件になりますので、そこは修正してください。”

"This is not the traditional type of big, luxurious Japanese onsen hotel but it’s new, relaxing, airy and chic. In room bath is great with amazing view from the room. Food (Japanese western fusion) is good and staff is friendly and helpful. There is a noodle bar which opens until late and is impressive for a hotel of this scale. The overall design is modern and chill. It’s a good place for urban getaway. The neighborhood is very quiet too. Outdoor onsen water is not hot enough which is worth improving. There is a notice which says that the bath may not be hot enough because of the cold temperature but winter around Lake Toya has always been like this so it’s not a good excuse. "
