La casa è molto comoda e di recente ristrutturazione, vicino al mare e in zona tranquilla ; poco attrezzata sia per la cucina che per l' esterno. I proprietari che abitano vicino si sono dimostrati molto poco accoglienti e poco collaborativi per risolvere piccole mancanze della casa. Only a 15 minute drive to gorgeous beach's & many more slightly further away. The area is full of interesting wildlife & birds. San Giovanni di Sinis is only a few minutes away by car and has several good places to eat. "We stayed in June 2016 for 9 nights in this house. We really enjoyed staying there. It had everything we needed and looked well tended and quite new. The house consists of two entities. We stayed in the right one suitable for 4 persons. It has two bedrooms, each with own bathroom including toilet and shower. There is one additional bathroom with washing machine. The main entrace leads directly into the kitchen/livingroom. There is a roofed veranda in the front and back with chairs and a table....

"We enjoyed our stay, excellent value for money, spotlessly clean, great breakfast, delicious evening meal ( you need to book ahead) with very local home made specialties that were very welcome after eating restaurant food for a week. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating including with my food intolerances. Hotel is well located to enjoy the cultural attractions nearby. I would have liked a mini fridge and a bigger shower but would happily stay here again. "

"We found this Gem by chance. It’s a great hotel, we had an Amazing View and very comfortable room. It was quiet and you could hear the ocean from our room. Very clean hotel too. . The food at dinner and lunch was delicious. Fresh fish and pasta was also good. The breakfast was also a lot of options. The staff both at the front desk, especially Guilia Tocco and the restaurant were super. It’s a cute little town and there is a couple other towns that are great. Very relaxing. Nice pool too. The Beach and water in front of the hotel was so gorgeous. Great walks too. The sunset was off the charts! If you want to be away from the hustle this might be a great option. "

"Una struttura troppo vecchia e non rinnovata. Sembra un albero anni '80 di Rimini. Stanza ampia con frigobar, letto comodo, bagno vecchio senza nessun set a parte il sapone. Colazione con prodotti per lo più confezionati, nulla di particolare. Non ha nulla di innovativo. La posizione è comoda a 10min a piedi dal centro."
