“Very nice — for a motel, I think it’s already a very comfortable place to stay. The location is also quite good; it’s only about a five-minute drive from the visitor center.”

Each day was a different adventure and the staff sent us out with full bellies and smiles, and welcomed us home each evening!!! Lobstah dinner was delicious!!”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nice, quiet tucked away in the woods but close enough to restaurants and various other creature comforts in nearby Bar Harbor. I even extended my stay by a day and that was also hassle free. Y’all rock!”

“Check-in and out were simple, the room was basic and very clean, the coffee was fantastic and sitting in the sunshine in their little lawn was wonderful. The staff were so incredibly friendly they really made the stay really enjoyable. We walked everywhere, once we parked the car we only drove to other parts of Maine, no need for a car to explore Bar Harbor from their location. We loved our stay.”

“You will not be disappointed with what you see once you see inside the doors. Beautifully decorated and everything you need, but... it is more like a modular 4-apartment home / b&b - no ocean view, at the end of a dirt road (lots of dust), but a few deer met us as we unpacked. We were skeptical at first, yet pleasantly surprised with our stay. I highly recommend, so long as your expectations are set.”

The only suggestion I would make is to pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the carpets and floors. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our experience.”
