The cabin and property was Very Clean- and beautiful.
The view and property is beautiful and we will definitely come back and stay at the Bluff House Inn.
This was the perfect stay for us the cabin was very quaint and clean and had stunning views. The amenities in the main inn were great and the staff was friendly
beautiful location overlooking the water. we rented the two bedroom cabin which was perfect for my wife and i and our daughter and her boyfriend. town of winter harbor right by the inn was lovely. very responsive hosts and loved the sauna overlooking the water
This place is the perfect escape. The view was amazing in a beautiful forest area. Great for those who like to be outdoors. The cabin was clean and had plenty of space. The location is great for peace and quiet so make sure to meal prep or look at restaurants ahead of time.
We were only in town for few days for a family wedding and the Bluff House Inn met all of our needs. A quiet, clean, and comfortable room in a great location from which we could easily get to all of our activities in the surrounding area. Thank you for a great stay!
This was a great location, easy to find. I stayed at one of the cabins, it was very clean, super easy to access. They provided clear and easy directions and arrival/ departure info. The view was great and so we're the trails. Just be aware the cabins don't have TVs if that's important to you but it was not for me because the view was amazing and super relaxing. Staff was very friendly. I would totally stay here again. The cabin was super clean and as shown in pictures. Parking was also great.
Very clean, quiet and comfortable bed.
A bit impersonal as communication and checking are all online.
The view from property is stunning. The walk down the lobster trail to shore was well worth the effort. I am sorry I didn’t have more time.
Room was great, nice view of the ocean. Easy to access from both sides (3 ways to get downstairs). Ameneties were great. Toiletries were a bit lacking (a 3-in-1 body wash/conditioner/shampoo), no tooth paste or lotion. Didn't see any staff but they had telephone with 24/7 service. Outside of that, everything else was great and as advertised. It was neat and clean. Hot tub and sauna were nice additions.
FYI this place is about an hour or so away from Bar Harbor/Acadia.
Gorgeous views, enjoyable. Parking was tricky if you stay at main house, so beware if you arrive late. Lady working was very friendly and helpful! The room was not spotless and could use more attention (we saw a bottle of water under the bed and a single sugar packet behind nightstand). Besides that we would not doubt to come back.
A very nice Inn that felt like a B&B. I am used to Marriott and Hilton properties and this was a nice break from those. The Inn has a beautiful view. I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the patio and my family went into the hot tub at night. The breakfast options were simple but good enough to hold us over for a few hours. The rooms were also simple but clean and comfortable. OVerall, we had a great experience.
This place is Amazing !

First the property is hard to find they need to trim brush away from sign and mailbox .
The stairs in the main building are too narrow and too steep.
Our room was the blueberry room, you could hear everything in the rooms next to us and it’s right at the top of the stairs which was extremely loud.
The view is amazing and the private beach was nice.
The beds:
You could feel every spring in twin bed .
I thought we were getting grab and go breakfast. We did get it for half the time. They stopped on October 1st.
The toilet paper felt like sand paper.
Maybe if you got a room at the opposite end of the hall from the stairs and bright your own toilet paper it would be okay
No one there to help with bags. If you are older and have a room on the second floor you are in your own. Grab and go breakfast was just ok. Linens are old and worn - Very off putting for me
Shower products are cheap. Bring your own. The room was clean, view is beautiful , location convenient to Acadia park and the wedding venue I needed to go to. I thought it was way overpriced for what I got. I would rather stay further in and pay less for a regular hotel
Amazing place! The views from the living room and terrace can't be compared to anything else. The inn is so quiet and peaceful, and the guests are taken care of so well; it's been such a great experience. Awesome coffee in the morning, too! (Apologies for drinking approximately 70% of the whole supply every morning :) ).
