"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

"The room had 3 issues: 1\. The water kept turning off which wasn't great whilst mid shower. 2\. The water was sometimes brown when it did turn back on 3\. The bed was extremely loud and squeaky. Every time I moved, my 8 month old would get disturbed. The breakfast was nice and it was a clean place with beautiful views. But im not sure i would stay here again. The staff could have given us something to make up for the water issue instead of pretending like it wasn't happening (until i mentioned it at checkout). "

"Just horrible, the room had a rotten smell i could not sleep the night because of it you could bearly breath.The balcony doors did not close noise insulation close to 0\. This is not a hotel it is a hostel If you are not alone 0 privacy the toilet is in the room with just a courtain."
