"Our stay at Mandarin was excellent. The staff especially the bell service desk were great. The room was always very very clean and walking distance to a food hall across the street. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast but am not an early bird.🙂 Ocation is perfect for nearby shopping. What a wonderful hotel!"

"Check-in took a little longer than expected, and I think this could be improved by having more staff available at reception. That said, the team was extremely polite and even allowed us to check in early, which made a huge difference after a long flight. We stayed in a family room, and it had everything we needed. The space was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The pool was amazing—beautiful, relaxing, and not crowded at all, which really gave us peace of mind. Throughout the hotel, the staff were consistently polite, attentive, and very helpful. Their warm attitude truly enhanced our stay. Thank you and see you back in a few months! "

"Mandarin Oriental is rarely below superb. The rooms are exquisite. The service staff is phenomenal. Amenities are on spot. Just one dissapointment is that having given us an upgrade to a higher floor they didn't include the Club. It was a menial thing that the reception staff could have handled better. Or at least include the Petronas view. It was barely an upgrade. Completely different from The Prestige in Penang; they went all in but it is the Marriott experience. "
