It's in a quieter residential area uphill from St Goar train station so quite a steep walk if you don't have a car. "We had the most amazing stay, in fact, the best stay in our one-month trip in Germany. Our room was in the villa and opened up to a wonderful view overlooking the Rhine. It was grand, palatial, with a high ceiling, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. Service was excellent at reception and restaurant. Everything was thoughtfully provided, including tea n coffee making facilities, bathrobes, high quality toiletries, and even bedroom slippers.
