"Wonderful to stay here, definitely appreciated the bath after a full day driving. Decor might be a little dated for some, but certainly not run down, and fits right in with the heritage listing of the frontage. Lovely and spacious unlike some other one bed places you can stay at too "

"Great place to stay! Stayed 2 nights with my family over school holiday weekend and absolutely loved it. All staff were so lovely, the pub downstairs was super convenient. The beach is literally downstairs with so many kid-friendly places. Looking forward to coming back here soon again."

"Located just as you come into Gosford, Ibis is situated just off the highway and behind a McDonald's. Despite the location it is actually quiet inside with no traffic noise. Car parking at front. Very basic but clean and fine for the price. No shampoo/conditioner. Quick walk to RSL and Dan Murphys.
Easy basic accomm if all you want is a bed and shower."

Although to call it a resort is a stretch! Ground & facilities need a lot of work. On my arrival a had to move a rubbish bag and a vacuum out of the corridor to get through.
Some random opened my room door, I can only assume it must of been a staff member for them to be able to open my door, but they just looked at me and closed it again. Made me feel a little unsafe. "

"We felt at home here, with everything we needed being provided, and the property is safely enclosed and pet friendly.The pizza oven was the star in the evenings - very easy to use and clean. We will be back. :)"
"Thanks for a great stay, we loved the retro décor, the property was really well appointed with everything you need and was well located to the beach and local walks. The only thing was we did not read the fine print re bring your own linen so we turned up to no sheets and towels, which sent us scurrying around local op shops. Our fault, but disappointing nevertheless. Otherwise thanks for an excellent and enjoyable stay. "

"This was a beautiful spot on the water we had a really great time. The fire pit was tops and having access to the boat was fantastic, David was a lovely host and was very friendly and easy going. "
"We had 3 bad days weather it’s wet all around we only stay inside we forgot about our boat and it was sank with the heavy rain we tried to pull up and paid for neighbour 200 to town cross to the boat ramp and sandbrook took it for free we lost the boat it’s cost 10000 we tried to asking to fix but they said they can’t fix it’s a terrible time never happen before this house is too old we paid too expensive it’s not worth "
