Lee also has an outdoor shower, which is nice after coming home wet and sandy. The "kitchenette" is really just a mini-fridge, microwave, and single cup Keurig in the closet - adequate for a morning cup and to store your beer or leftovers, but don't plan to make yourself breakfast here.
