"We had a wonderful time at this home. It was clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, and close to the beach. We enjoyed watching sunrises on the beach, taking in sunsets by the sound, and checking out local sights like the Pea Island National Wildlife Reserve and Bodie Lighthouse. The beach was never crowded and the ocean temperature was so comfortable in late July. The hot tub was a lovely way to end the day. I highly recommend this property!"

"We have been visiting the Outer Banks since the late 80s and this is the best house, location and host we have encountered. The house was spotless and is perfectly appointed and has everything you can even think of to need. The location is perfect, you can almost throw a beer off the deck to your family on the beach. Brian and his team were incredibly helpful and responsive on any little question we had. Overall it was a fabulous week!!"

"This was not our first time staying in a hotel down in the Outer Banks. However, I can say this one out did the last two that we had. The kitchen had every appliance that we could need. It was a little odd, not having an office, but actually worked out better than I thought it was going to. The communication with the person that checked us in and helped us with room service was incredible and fast. There was a washer, dryer, and a dishwasher. We had originally booked a stay for three nights, and actually ended up extending by two. I found it a bit of a shame that the wellness deck was only open till 9 PM and didn’t open until 8 AM as most people that get up to do yoga or cold plunge are normally up earlier than that. But other than that everything was priced as expected, and even had an ice dispenser right next to the hotel. There where a few small things that were not cleaned when we entered, some coffee splash on the baseboards, some of the pans that were left were still dirty, they dryer vent was packed full of lint (very dangerous),there was a half bottle of vodka left in the fridge and the doors had small squares on them that Eveyone could see into (I covered mine with cardboard and tape). Sorry my pictures are blurry I had taken a video and had to screen shot them but as you can see every thing was as posted on their site "

"This house checked all the boxes for our family of 5! The deck was awesome to hang out and watch the sunset and we all enjoyed the hot tub after our days exploring and beaching! It was very clean and there was a great little basket of snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. Communication was great, appreciated the recommendations given for food spots etc. and we loved that the check out was easy. Such a great spot, literally steps from the beach and the shed had everything needed for a day at the beach. We just wish we could have spent more time here, highly recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"My family vacationed at this property in Rodanthe for a week. We were looking for something that was pet friendly, with a pool and close to the beach. This property checked all those boxes PLUS had a hot tub! Lots of porch space for the dogs, we loved the screened in porch area and even had food and water bowls for the dogs there. We did bring our own crates as the property didnt have any, but the rooms are spacious enough for a XL crate. The pool was great and has tons of extra floats and accessories. Pool area was fenced in so the dogs could hang with us there too. Very short walk to the beach and pier. Property has lots of parking. The porch swing was nice and theres a table downstairs for outside eating. Has a charcoal grill and fish cleaning station. Upstairs porch gives a great sunset view of the sound. There were 7 of us who stayed comfortably at this home. We will definitely book here again when staying in Rodanthe. "

"The house was great. Plenty of room for everyone and spacious. Great views of the ocean from the deck. The pool access was almost 30 minutes away which was a little misleading in property description. We were supposed to check in at 5 but got delayed until 6:00 pm. The hot tub isn’t included unless you pay an extra fee which is ridiculous! Only 2 bath towels in each bathroom, so you will have to wash during your stay. Kitchen was great for cooking but did not have essentials needed. No pot holders or containers with lids to store leftovers. I received an email the day before we were due to check out, somewhat encouraging you to leave early since they required extra time to get the rental ready for the next guests. We paid almost 4,000 for the week so we are staying the full time. No perks either if you chose to. You may want to allow an extra day in between bookings if it takes that much time to get it ready for your next guests! Cleaners left their cash app and Venmo on the counter encouraging tips. No thanks. We had to buy batteries for the remote controls in order to watch the TV’s! We also had neighbors of the nearby houses complaining about the spotlight out front and they came over and asked us to turn it off. Would never rent anything from Vacasa management. Keep looking. You can find much better elsewhere!"

"It was a great house to stay in for the week. Everyone had plenty of room! We had read reviews about the towels being scratchy, so we brought our own. The ones provided were just fine to use! There were two or three vacuums which was perfect when packing in vacuum seal bags to save room! The house cleaners are notorious for leaving the fridge/freezer doors open until they finish with the house. I would recommend waiting until the next morning or later the evening you arrive to load it up with drinks. The pool and hot tub were great! However, there is a sudden slope when going from the shallow to deep end. If you are traveling with littles be extra cautious! The owners/vacasa should put up a rope that can be removed, if desired by guests, to mark where the slope is. Check the corkboard by the upstairs back door for updated wifi info. When we were packing up the night before our last morning, we found a list of things to clean before we leave. This list was different from 3 other lists I received from emails/texts/app. A consistent list would be great. "

"Fabulous location and great views. One note is that the A/C is rather loud in the upstairs ocean view room. Also…perhaps a prompt in the listing would be helpful that there are beach chairs and a beach tent in the bedroom cupboard. We found them as we were leaving. Overall wonderful place to have celebrated 3 birthdays and a graduation!! "

"This was our first family trip since my siblings and I have had kids. Our parents and one grandparent were able to come so we had 4 generations in one house which was super special. The house exceeded our expectations. I’m OCD about cleanliness and was pleasantly surprised with how neat and clean it was. Vino is very easy to communicate with. We hope to be back very soon!"

"We had a truly wonderful stay at this home! It was the perfect getaway for our family with young children. The house was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The gated-in pool area provided so much peace of mind—perfect for keeping the kids safely corralled and easily watched while they played. We also loved the outdoor shower and dining area, which made cleanup a breeze and gave us a great space for relaxed outdoor meals.While the home does have lots of stairs, the incredible views from the upper levels made every step worth it. The elevator was a huge bonus—especially for moving luggage or helping tired kids up to bed after a long beach day. Speaking of the beach, the easy access made shell-hunting and surf play a daily highlight for the kids, while we soaked in the beauty and calm from the shoreline.The kitchen and dining area were beautifully furnished and spacious, giving us a cozy yet elegant space for family meals and gathering together. Sunrises on the balcony were unforgettable, and every detail of the home contributed to a stay full of sweet memories. We would absolutely love to return!"

"Easy to find, check in was simple. GREAT location, amazing view of the water! The house is beautiful, beds are comfy. Layout is nice. They have everything you need to stay! The only thing I had to pick up was salt and pepper lol the only issue is its a little far from town (foodlion and Walmart) which js my fault I picked the location! And two of the TV's didn't connect to the WiFi. Other than that the stay was absolutely amazing!!! "
