"Great room in a lovely part of downtown that is super close to the stadium and great restaurants. I was there for a conference and it was an easy 10 minute walk that was enjoyable, clean, and felt safe as a single woman. It was also close to a grocery store so I could stock up on essentials and groceries to enjoy in the room. Having the bonus of having the laundry in the room was so great as I came home with a clean suitcase. "

"Paul, who worked the front desk was very kind and friendly. The only thing I don’t like is that they don’t accept cash for the purchases in the little concession area because coming from Canada it would be easier just to use the American money we had "

"So, the stay started off super rocky. The system, for what I was told, the power grid in the city went out and we weren't able to get key card for the evening which required the security guard to get us in the parking area and our room. OK, no big deal. We got in and I figured we'd get our card in the morning and awesome. THEN, the TV went out literally. So I called and they said they would fix it. They claimed they fixed but nope. I asked them to fix it again and they weren't able to do so which is when they asked to have my family move to another room? I said, unless it's an upgrade, I want a full refund. They gave us a good suite, didn't charge for the parking, and the rest of our stay was worthwhile and very relaxing. Thank you to those at The Dana! The food was excellent and the staff was very understanding and accomodating."
