“The room was clean and there was a small fridge but there were no utensils”

“Great little place for a single or a couple in need of a home base. The place is in a great location if you're headed to the beaches, Sea World etc. The lack of an oven/stove or any real kitchen makes it tough to do any cooking or meals. But, if you are going to be out and about most of the time, are not planning on doing much cooking, and just need a bed and a shower, this place fits the bill. The host was always responsive and helpful. Street parking available. Clean. Lots to do nearby. A……

“We LOVED this place! Perfect for our favor and perfect location!”

“This is a clean, well-equipped room that has everything you need for a solo traveler or a small family. The pool is a great bonus, and Karen is a wonderful host!”

“The bed was raised, and I could not get into it. The tub is very deep, and it was difficult to step over the side. There were no tissues, so I used toilet paper. Trains/trolleys ran right outside the window late at night.”

“Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was amazing, close to shops, beach, restaurants. You can hear some traffic from the sidewalks and streets when people walk by but nothing ear plugs couldn't keep out while sleeping. We also stayed on a Friday night so nightlife was in full swing but not a nuisance at all. ”

“The property was awesome. Close to all. Host was awesome. I would like to suggest some things. Maybe do extra bug spraying I got bit up. But I get that And the mattress is very hard terrible sleep need to be bigger. And softer . And also why no tv in bedroom I love having tv in my room and I really think others do also and I would love to have a tv in there. They do sell arms to move around and u don’t need to hang from wall. Thank u to a great host love your place”

“The room was nice and clean. The staff were great at replying back to any questions we had during our stay. I will definitely stay here in San Diego again. Amazing services!”

“It was okay”
