Hotel is nice, location is awesome. When we admitted to hotel, that night employee almost ruined everything and I was going to give 1 star to this hotel but next morning a manager fixed the situation.
Embassy Suites is usually my favorite place to stay. First time in SD Bay. Considering they are dealing with covid19, our stay was okay. They have a very limited staff who were working very hard. The pool area and the lounging area was really nice not to mention you could look right down the street and see the gas lamps.
I hated that I had to pay $20 down the street for parking. Orange stuff came out of the sink when I had to do my hair. Other than that not a bad place
Clean and quiet for being near the FWY. Mitch is excellent in customer service! GREAT downtown view with a great price!!!!!! Lots of off street parking for free available as well or $30 USD/day for hotel parking.
