"we've stayed at a few of the hotels in the west end of Patna. This has been our favorite. Access to the mall is a definite plus. Staff did their best to make our stay nice, including giving us a temporary room to use until the class of room we had booked was available."
"I would NOT recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly but looked under pressure to follow certain things rather than providing good customer service.
1. it is on exhibition road where you may get stuck in traffic at certain times so if you are trying to catch a flight, it is very in predictable.
2. My family living in patna in order to visit us was asked for their ID and also told that they cannot give outside food - later they had me sign a waiver form - you cannot even do swiggy or...

"Hotel was not good. When i reached to the reception area the manager only asking about that how much i paid . And when i said the amount he give me a basic room and said that in this price you get this basic room only but on website it showing totally different. They don't have idea of complimentry breakfast. When i asked they said we will give you poori bhaji butblater he give fruit only. They don't have dining area. There is no telephone in room for ordering anything. Don't go on review because it's 7 years old review"
