"The hotel looks good, the view from the room is great, just opposite of Bhagsunag water fall, got exactly the same room as shown in the app, staff behavior is awesome, good cook, food offered was great, various food options available. The only problem is this hotel is situated in Dharamkot which is a bit far from the main market."

" Beautiful mountain view's. Exceptionally good and fresh food was provided for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
In addition, the staff and manager were friendly and gave 100% to insure we had a great stay.
The rooms were huge, and were furnished with everything needed.
The complimentary horseback riding was great!
I highly recommend this hotel.
Thank you to the staff and manager for making this a memorable experience that we will rememberer. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Backpackers Inn, and my overall experience was awe-inspiring. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth, quick, and handled with great courtesy by the front desk team. The staff demonstrated professionalism throughout my stay, ensuring that every request was addressed promptly and with a genuine smile.
The room was well-appointed, clean, and thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and functionality. Attention to detail was evident, from the quality of the bedding to the amenities provided. Housekeeping maintained the highest standards, ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment each day.
Dining at the hotel was equally enjoyable. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with dishes prepared to a high standard, complemented by attentive service. Breakfast was particularly impressive, with a wide selection of both international and local options.

"We had the most comfortable and wonderful stay at the hotel. We were there for His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday celebration. The location was perfect—close to the main temple—with an amazing view from our room. The room was bright and modern, making it easy to relax without feeling pressure to go out. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful in every way. The next time we visit Dharamshala, we are definitely staying here again!"

"Our stay at WelcomHeritage Natraj was awesome with full marks to the hotel staff on cleanliness and hospitality. Premium Room was of decent size and all amenities were present; housekeeping team was sincere in cleaning and making room great. The hill view from balcony was spectacular and enchanting. It was so relaxing to sit and enjoy tea/coffee with the blissful view of the hills. The staff were very friendly and courteous, right from the check-in experience, Mr Ajay at front desk provided detailed information around McLoedganj attractions and took good care of us.
The things that can be further improved are addition of salads in the buffet breakfast and availability of indoor activities like carrom, chess etc for kids."
