"The lobby, restaurant and location of this hotel cannot be beat. EXTREMELY convenient, and can only imagine it's amazing during Ole Miss sporting events! Our room was modest - a bit dated but fine for our taste. The room's move-in condition was clean (we don't do daily maid service), however the walls are fairly thin. I could hear our neighbors (and am sure they could hear us, since we talk at a fairly high volume normally!). This didn't bother us but if you are sensitive to that, ask the front desk if there is a quieter option."

The house was clean, the kitchen had everything you could ever want, the furniture was clean and comfortable, the TV was great, and the water pressure was awesome in the shower! (Probably only important to me). Jim sent us clear check in information early so we knew what we needed to do. "We rented this property to house our extended family for my daughter’s graduation at Ole Miss. The cabin was so cool and unique. The bedding in all rooms was amazing and so comfortable. My adult kids loved the bunk beds. My only complaint would be that I did not understand the cabins location on Sardis Lake. It was on the opposite side of what I had assumed. Otherwise our stay was a great success."

"The owner was friendly and responsive, beds were comfortable and kitchen was user friendly. However, Sheets were dirty in the beds - we purchased sheets to use, trash piled in burn pit and in trash cans, pool not cleaned and dirty not available for use as advertised. "

It’s a little bit of an older house and so could use a little bit of love but it worked out perfectly for our group. Beds were comfortable. Location was super close to my daughter’s church. A little further out from campus but just about a 10-15 minute drive. All in all a great weekend and a wonderful host. "

"Meme has a wonderful separate house with 2 bedrooms/2 full baths. Has Direct TV. WiFi is “spotty”. Left a stocked refresher with plenty of bottled water, soft drinks, beer, and wine and a basket full of sweet and salty snacks! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for your next trip to Oxford."

The commute to and from the canpus and the town square was quick and easy (15 min max). Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again."
