“The difficulty with this accommodation is that it sits between one-way streets. The entry is in one street and the car park in another. I did appreciate having the car in secure parking. When it was time to leave I had to find a way to get out of the carpark, which I needed the key for and then travel a few blocks in order to come in via the one-way streets to hand in the key via the other entrance. I did suggest that the hotel considers putting a key deposit box at the exits for the car parks.……

“Overall apartment was large. Great views and a great location. But unfortunately in need of some maintenance. Carpet stained, walls need painting, crack in window, mould in showers, water pressure terrible, dishwasher smelled like eggs, glassware dirty with lipstick, plates dirty in draw. Not enough plates to service the amount of people apartment accommodates. ”

“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”

“What stood out in this property was the QUALITY of the fittings and furnishings, beginning with the feather-touch opening of the front garden gate, through to the immaculate bathroom shower and kitchen with its smart mini hob and in-a-drawer dishwasher, the first I have ever seen. Colour coding of keys with locks and an outside key safe made self check-in a breeze. If I were a Captain of one of those yachts in the harbour looking for a 100% shipshape studio for the night ashore for two, this is……
