“Waited 15 minutes at the Reception disc until someone showed up to check me in. Staff are not so friendly. Rooms are not clean. There are insects and roaches on the floor and on the sink counter. This is not the first time I have bad experiences with this Hotel unfortunately it’s the only hotel in town so I had to stay in it again otherwise I wouldn’t approach it”

“The only thing that disappointed me was that the steakhouse wasn’t open and there was no sign or explanation as to why or when it would be open again. Other than that, I found it to be a very nice and economical way to have a nice getaway and enjoy the casino. I would definitely stay there again and most certainly would recommend it.”

“I was finally placed in a clean double bed room as the King size bed room was dirty. At first the ice machine was empty; milk for breakfast cereal was sour which I reported to the desk staff and he did change it out. Not much variety in continental breakfast; safety issue in bath tub /shower as there are no grab bars for safety and the strips that are in the tub are worn out and do not give adequate nonslip safety when taking a shower or bath”

“That place should be condemned. The parent company that owns that should cut its losses. That place will KILL someone in the next 6 months. We knew it was a two star but should have been rated a brown star. Stay there you may end there.”
